Heather Reichert, BS

Heather Reichert is an ISDE provider with Amethyst Wellness. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stout with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and person-centered support.

Heather currently works as an IRIS Consultant and brings prior professional experience from SSM Health at Home as well as a University of Wisconsin clinic. Through these roles, she has supported individuals navigating healthcare systems, accessing services, and identifying supports that align with their personal goals and needs.

Heather’s approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a commitment to helping people in any way she can. She values building trusting relationships and takes pride in being someone who is approachable, responsive, and supportive during both challenging and everyday moments. Her background in hospitality enhances her ability to create a welcoming, respectful, and supportive experience for the individuals she serves.

Outside of her professional work, Heather places a strong value on her family and friends, who are an important part of her life and support system. She brings these values of connection, compassion, and reliability into her work with CCS participants.
