Jennifer Ludolph, MS

Jennifer serves as the Executive Director and Service Facilitator for Amethyst Wellness, bringing a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her work. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and a master’s degree in Human Services from Wilmington University. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at the University of Wisconsin–Superior, further expanding her expertise to best serve individuals and families.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has built an extensive background in case management, working closely with older adults as well as adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Her professional path reflects a deep commitment to supporting people through life’s complexities, ensuring they are met with respect, understanding, and the resources they need to thrive.

Jennifer’s practice is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered philosophy. She believes in empowering individuals by recognizing their unique capabilities and fostering resilience. This perspective not only guides her professional approach but also shapes the culture she cultivates within her organization.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer finds joy in simple pleasures and meaningful connections. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets, relaxing with a good book or TV show, and going for walks.
